Dear Charlinho and family, We are deeply saddened by Nachita's sudden passing and treasure our memories of her. These are reflected in the books "Tropical Modernity" about her father Charles and "Architect in Bandoeng" about his brother Richard, which she was very pleased with! We have known her as a very friendly, independent, energetic lady who loved good food, especially Indonesian rice table. We will miss her friendship and friendliness. We will certainly not forget our good bond through our Indonesian roots. Too bad we couldn't make an appointment anymore. Selamat Jalan and rest in peace Nachita. With sincere sympathy, Maria and Jan van Dullemen, author, art-historian.
