Mike was such an intelligent, hard working and kind person. Throughout mine and many others careers he leant in and provided support and guidance - he always made the time. Recently he was kind enough to provide advice to my partner who is leaving the army, he was an inspiration to so many. My heartfelt condolences go out to all Mike's family.
