One of my fondest memories was playing football alongside Michael in a “young PASS” v “old PASS” match being an “honorary PASS member”. Michael hosted off-site PASS celebrations to acknowledge the great work of the PASS team. Demonstrating what type of leader Michael was - technically superb and commercially astute - always with combined with great humanity. At times I would shake my head and smile Michael would speak in English, French and then German in the space of 10 min to different colleagues. Michael we will truly miss you.
