MJB. What can I say. Total legend. Michael was running the first course I attended when I came back to Specsavers and made sure I had "Green blood". He was a wonderful trainer on the many courses I attended. When he moved onto the Apprenticeship team and I was an in store trainer, we worked closely with training the apprentices I had in store. When I took over his role in the Apprenticeship team, I knew what big shoes I was filling as he was talked about in such high regard and with such warmth by everyone. I loved getting to know him, having the odd coffee to catch up, travelling to wider team events together and just calling each other for a chat. I will miss being able to do all of those things. He was supportive, kind, witty, a pleasure to be around. Neil and family - I'm so sorry for your loss. He was an amazing man and a great loss to us all.
