I met Matthew working together s volunteers on the board of CapitalPlus Exchange. In my life and career I have met few people who have the creativity, strategic mindset and brilliance for organizational development, development strategy and impact planning. Matthew always thinks several steps ahead, looks at scenarios through and asset frame and asks the questions that spark innovation and generative thinking in others. His warmth real care for other people built relationships of trust and real friendship with people form across the globe. Even though we never spoke of it, I learned so much bout leadership from watching and listening to Matthew that I consider him a mentor. Rebecca and I so loved getting to know Matthew and Barbara. We are holding you in our prayers.
