Maroun Haddad

December 26, 1953 - April 9, 2020

There are not enough words to describe the impact that Maroun Haddad had on all the lives he touched. Many of you described him as an amazing friend, loving brother, inviting neighbour, and dependable Amo Maroun who always filled the room with laughter. He was everyone's best friend. To his son, Omar and daughters, Yara, Youmna and Jamena, he was the most incredible father. He led by example and taught us the true meaning of love, kindness, and strength. He taught us to always find the positive even when faced with life's toughest challenges. He was the best Baba we could have ever asked for. To his amazing wife, Jeannette, he was an incredibly devoted husband who always put his family first. Her soulmate, her rock, her real life superman. You stopped at nothing to give us the best life. We will miss you, your laugh, your smile, your sarcasm, your jokes and most of all your loving soul. We are so lucky to have had you in our lives and are blessed to now have you as our angel watching over us. We are honoured to have had you as a loving husband, father and friend. Thank you for always being you. We all know how much Maroun loved to tell stories and share memories. Lets all honour him by using this book to do the same. Please take a moment to click either memories or condolences and login through facebook. Allah Yerhemak Baba, we love you <3

I remember when we were all kids and we’d be at the movies or each other’s houses every weekend and Yara would always call her dad to pick us up or drive us somewhere and amo Maroun would always come. He never questioned us or asked why someone else couldn’t pick us up, he just did it. His heart was made of gold and all he cared about was that we were being safe and having fun. He was always the loudest one in the room but not because he tried to be, that’s just who he was. His outdoor voice was his everywhere voice and the things he would say would always crack us up.... and he didn’t care if we were laughing with him or at him, he just went about his day. Nothing phased him. You will be greatly missed amo, but know that all the people who love you and who are feeling your loss that we will forever celebrate the life and memories we shared with you. We will keep an eye or two on tant Antoinette, Omar and the girls too. Rest In Peace amo ❤️
