Mark welcomed me to the team on my first day. I was very nervous and quiet. I believe he sensed that and began to speak to me. At that moment my nervousness disappeared and I began to feel comfortable and even more excited to work with him and the rest of the team. He was always there to answer my million questions and guide me though my work. He always checked on me to make sure I was fine. I will forever remember and respect him.
