I worked with Mark on the Group People Services Leadership Team and sat at a desk behind him. Mark and I were often left late in the office which is when I mainly had my conversations with him about what his plans were for dinner and about him walking his beloved dog. Just simple conversations at the end of a very busy day which I miss. He was a very conscientious person always wanting to do his best for his team and work colleagues and would not leave until he had completed his task. He would always genuinely ask about my welfare which was always appreciated. During the busier times of the day I would observe Mark being very busy but always having a smile on his face and helping everyone who needed his assistance with patience and understanding and always having others best interests at heart. He will be sadly missed by myself and he rest of the Ocado family. My thoughts are with his family.
