I never worked directly with Mark but I was moved by his infectious warm nature. We would cross paths in the kitchen and around the office, he was always so friendly and positive to talk to. I remember when I had been off on sick leave for quite a while and he was genuine and caring while asking how I had been. This really touched me and reflects his kindness.
