I've happy memories of Malcolm as part of South Ribble Conservatives- firstly when I first got involved in the Party back in 2009, and latterly as the local Campaign Manager. I'll always remember my day out with Malcolm in the spring of 2019, as he regaled me with tales of his service station that wasn't to be, and his continued irritation at a plot of land in Tarleton that had passed out of the Barron family's hands back in the 1910s! Rest in peace Malcolm, you will be much missed.
