A self proclaimed pedant, Lucy's ability to see a problem others may not see and offer a creative solution made her an absolute gem, she always found a way of improving on my work that I found both infuriating and inspiring yet will always remember fondly. She was fantastic at her job and will be sorely missed inside and outside of our team. My thoughts and prayers are with Paul, Alice and Maddie. Rest In Peace Lucy.
