Louis Febroyd Parris

September 20, 1928 - July 29, 2020

Mr. Louis Febroyd Parris, known by many of his friends as “Parro” was an affable, generous, inspiring person dearly loved by his family and many friends and communities – church, village councils and sports associations. Particularly known for his wise council and mentorship, even among young people. He served on the Hampden/Lowlands Community Council as Public Relations Officer for several terms – a position which he thoroughly enjoyed as it allowed him to meet and speak with a large number of people. He was an excellent sportsman and served on the Tobago Cricketing Association disciplinary committee. He was a cricket coach at St. Clair Coaching School. A very devoted Christian, he used every opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. Mr. Parris will be greatly missed. I am sure you will be happy to contribute to his memory by recording your kind thoughts in this remembrance page.

Mum, It was an inspiration to see you worshipping our God at Dad’s service yesterday and giving thanks for a man who lived his life well! Words cannot express what Dad meant to us all, your soul mate for 46yrs. We ask for a special blessing for you in the coming weeks and that you will continue to know the sweet presence of Jesus in your life day by day. You are an inspiration to us all! ‘Your son’, James P.S. Dear Lord, Thank you that you have ended the time of Dad’s suffering and he is now in a better place with you. We ask for YOUR strength for all who mourn his passing, especially Mum. Amen.
