Keith John Robert Talbott was a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, artist and designer, Jesus follower, and friend. He often under-rated himself against many of these things. Those of us who knew him well would disagree. He brought joy, energy, laughter, hope, candour, and optimism, and these legacies will outlive his own lifetime. I remember dad taking me swimming every Saturday. We didn't have a car at the time, I was young, and got tired from the walk to the local pool there and back, which wasn't that local. To manage that, dad took me into London on the train every Saturday to use the pool near his work place. This was a journey he made every day of the week, so the last thing he would have wanted to do on his day off. But he did that so that I wouldn't have to do a long walk which, as a young child, I couldn't manage. There are countless other stories like this - honestly, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. But that summarises the person Dad was. Much love Dad. See you on the other side.
