Ooh papa Kasi, I will always fondly remember your smile, stories and jokes told with passion and so much happiness. If anyone tried to repeat them they were never as good as your version. We laughed until we cried tears of joy. Your spontaneity was second to none. One word was enough to get you moving, whether it was for a party, lunch, drinks, clubbing, day or night, far or near you would get up and go. Mama Regina tells of an afternoon casual drive that turned into an overnight trip. That was papa Kasi living his life to the fullest. Papa Kasi was well informed and could relate and discuss any topic be it politics, culture, social, business and finance, medical, you name it with high intelligence and integrity. He was gentle, soft spoken yet firm in his believes. He leaves a huge gap in the family but also a legacy of great love for his wife, children, grandchildren, mother, brothers, sisters, in laws, friends and colleagues. He loved to travel and had an adventurous spirit. His giving spirit and love for humanity is well documented with his work with rotary and his community in Port Elizabeth and his home country, Congo. Gone to early, but the Lord has spoken, farewell, may your soul rest in peace, you will forever be missed
