I had the pleasure of serving on the rt Health Fund Board alongside Julie for a relatively short time however I have tremendous respect and admiration for Julie. She was an intelligent and compassionate person who went out of her way to make others feel welcome and assist them. She will be sorely missed for her friendship, humour and bubbly personality. My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.
