A calling from an opening in the silver sky has invited Joseph Emmanuel Chiwanda to the Almighty, leaving us all behind. He was a great English teacher whose education included USA in early 70s and UK in late 70s where he also played football at University. He taught 3 generations of Malawians for 50+ years at various institutions including Lilongwe/Domasi/Montfort TTC & Our Lady of Wisdom. A retired tobacco farmer. He has always been very spiritual, a dedicated catholic, funny, quite natured Wiseman. Lover of peace. He was laid to sleep in eternal peace on 23 April 2021, Blantyre leaving behind a Wife Mary, 5 children and 17 grand children, family friends and close relatives in Lilongwe, Blantyre, Mwanza, Thyolo etc Thank you for your condolences, presence and support during this period. Above all thank you for being being one of the many people who were part of his wonderful stories of his life full of cherishable memories. We thank the Lord for his kindness ask for His mercy as we thank our beloved for everything he did to us during this period when we reflect to cerebrate the Joy we had in having him. In his own last words he asked for your prayers which he always lived prepared knowing such journey will always come. Please join us in our prayers. Till we meet again. RIP
