Jose Fernandez

April 21, 1971 - April 3, 2020

On Friday, April 3rd, 2020, Jose Fernandez was abruptly taken from this world due to COVID 19. With no underlying health issues, no one could have never imagined he would not return home after driving himself to the hospital. Jose was a devoted husband to Alba and loving father to his two children Daniel & Camila, a VP for IT Services Management Reading Hospital. He took great pride in his Verona home and loved his neighborhood for the past 7 years. Everyone that knew Jose, commented on his genuine kindness to everyone he met and that he always had a smile on his face. He leaves behind, his wife of 15 years Alba, 7th grader Daniel, 5th grader Camila, His parents Jose and Ana & his siblings Zunilda & Geover Fernandez. We are raising funds to help pay for his funeral expenses and other related costs for Alba, Daniel and Camila as they try to figure out life without Jose. 100 % of all donated funds will to them. ❤️ https://www.gofundme.com/f/jose-fernandez-memorial-fund
