Jos de Goey

May 11, 1963 - February 21, 2020

Jos de Goey was CEO of WorldSkills Netherlands, President and Chair of WorldSkills International. Jos’ passing means the loss of a charismatic, passionate and highly committed CEO. Our thoughts are with his wife Anouschka and their children Charlotte and Torsten.

Dear Jos de Goey It is with great sadness that we try to deal with the fact that you have left us. You will continue, as always, a good friend of Portugal, IEFP, WorldSkills Portugal and Worldskills family. It was a great pleasure and privilege to work with you since 2008, when European Skills Promotion Organization (ESPO) decided to organize the EuroSkills, Lisbon 2010, and from that moment we never stopped working in partnership. Your vision, defined by your ambition, give to young people a chance to hone their skills and develop their talents. WorldSkills Portugal are committed to continue your work and to fulfil your ambition. On behalf of the Board of IEFP António Leite IEFP, Vice-presidente WorldSkills Portugal – Oficial Delegate
