My deepest condolences to Anouschka and the family on the very sudden and shocking loss of Jos. His passing is a great loss not only to his immediate family but also to the global WorldSkills family. His absence now leaves big hole in our hearts and in the organization that will be very difficult to fill. His passion for skills and the contribution he made to the governance of many skills organizations has had a huge positive impact on the lives of innumerable young people around the world. I will miss his thoughtfulness, his inquiring mind, his good humor, and his friendship, but he continues to live in our hearts & minds. Laurent Thibault, Canada
