Absolutely heartbreaking news. A hugely tragic loss for the world. John was revolutionizing the world of integrative physical therapy one human at a time. Over the last decade, John “fixed me” over and over and over again. I recommended him to everyone I knew because his knowledge and talent was undoubtedly unmatched. He was inspiring and hilarious and no BS. He unapologetically embraced life and and his work and people. People were his life and work. Over the years, Jen and John have become friends - one can’t not truly connect with them after the real conversations that happen in that amazing, community-space that IP has become. This tragedy is no-doubt absolutely devastating and I’m certain that the legacy John is leaving behind will continue to change lives in a way that Dr. John Kummrow will absolutely live on in the hearts and movements of all the lives he’s touched already and also in those who will, in the future, be connected to John through the wisdom, talent, authenticity, insight, and passion that he leaves behind. John always told all of us to spread our wings. I guess now he is out in the universe spreading his wings so, so wide. Jen, and everyone at IP, I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
