It is evident just how many people had their life altered for the better by John. I had the pleasure of knowing him for the past 5 years. Words cannot express the impact he has had on my personal life, helping me with my own fitness goals, as well as the deep conversations we were able to have while he worked. I truly can never fully express how much John meant to me as both a mentor and a friend. I am truly blessed to have had him in my life.
