Gerry took everything the DSP could throw at him in his stride, always calm, professional, courteous and kind. Always up for a chat, and teasing out the issues of the day. He will be remembered fondly by many colleagues who worked with him over the years. We were all so shocked to hear of his illness and passing. He missed getting a holiday in the sun in 2020 so may the sun keep shining on him wherever he is. RIP Gerry.
