Jim was the first person I worked with when I joined SLC project. Being new to the project, SLC and also Glasgow, he really made my me feel right at home. It was clear he was extremely knowledgeable about SLC as well as the work and was so happy and patient to go through it all. He is a rare gem and I'm just grateful to have spent a little time with him. My thoughts go out to his family, he left too early. Rest in peace Jim.
