Jean Drouffe

February 23, 1975 - December 18, 2021

Jean was a fantastic leader and AXA colleague for 22 years. He was a role model in terms of leadership. We will miss his kindness, his humanity, his strong sense of integrity, his energy and his ability to put joy and warmth into every project and endeavor he was involved in. Our thoughts go out to his family during this incredible difficult time. The memories of Jean that you will share below will be shared with his family

I first met Jean in 2006 and had the pleasure of working with him across different roles in different countries over the subsequent years, right up until our last exchange only a few weeks ago. What remained consistent throughout every interaction, whether in the office or outside of it, was his honesty and authenticity. Jean had the courage to say what he thought and did so with humility and integrity, as a human being who cared. I'm very sad that we've lost Jean and I'm conscious that if his passing has affected me, it must surely have been devastating to those much closer to him. My thoughts are with Armelle, the children, all his broader family and close friends.
