James Hudson

June 20, 1969 - June 25, 2021

James was a much-loved member of staff, who had worked at our school for over 20 years. This loss will be felt very deeply by all who knew him. He will be fondly remembered for his terrible jokes and vast array of ties! School productions, residentials and all things around the wider curriculum were James' passions, as well as being an amazing teacher. So many families within the wider community have had children taught by him, this is a huge loss for us all. Our thoughts are with James' immediate family at this difficult time. Thank you Mr Hudson for making Year 5 a very happy one for Cara. She loved you to bits. She misses your dearly. I've put some words together to express what were feeling. A Great Guy "Why do the good die young? Why, why, why? A great big smile, A heart of gold, Please don’t go, You’re not that old. Happy children, learning well, So many tales of joy, they tell. You’ve worked your magic, Everyday, And now kind Sir, it’s for you we pray. Our little Angel, loves you so, Why, why, why? Did you have to go? A place in heaven, no doubt my friend, Your spirit remains with us, Until the end. ‘Why do the good die young?’ …It’s what they say. It happens too much Please stay strong, stay strong today. Family & friends, And colleagues empty. You gave so much, You gave more than plenty. You’re with us today, And you’ll be with us tomorrow. We see your SMILE. It masks our sorrow. Right now it’s raw, And the pain so real. Its natural, that’s grief. It’s the way we should feel. We’ll cry and cry, And we’ll cry much more, But we’ll always see your smile At the front, at the school door. You gave more than expected, You gave more than we know, You gave more to the children And thanks to you they will grow. You’re spirit lives on, And it’s clear today From all in our village, To you we say; What a great guy you are, What a great guy you’ll stay, Thanks for all you’ve done, Rest in peace, we pray. take care lots of luv Cara's Family X
