Mr Hudson, I am so grateful and lucky that you taught both of my children. You were the most amazing teacher- understanding, patient, kind and you had a fabulous sense of humour. You gave my son the nickname ‘Char’ 4 years ago and even now all of his friends still call him this instead of his full name.
My children have fond memories of you from bribing you with mini cheddars on the year 6 residential trip in order to get full points on his room inspection to you reading out the menu choices of the school lunch that day in the voice of a waiter at a posh restaurant.
There’s a Mr Hudson shaped hole missing in Hamble a primary now, you’ll be very much missed by everyone who knew you. I hope you knew how appreciated you were. Thank you Mr Hudson for everything. Sleep tight.
