Aunty Inez was simply the ultimate 'Superwoman'! A brilliant seamstress (sewed the flower girls' dresses for our wedding), a fabulous baker (even made our wedding cake), an amazing cook (can still taste the lamprais she made, then neatly packed and froze for our journey back to the UK), the ultimate green-fingered wizard and above all the rock of the family! Mum was truly upset to hear of her passing too and has fond memories of all those wonderful times in SriLanka, UK and finally in Australia. May she rest in peace.
