Herbert is a brother who we looked up to in many ways! He radiated genuine love and joy. We both enjoyed his steadfastness for Theocratic order and you could rely on him to do things Jehovah's way. He loved Jehovah and we loved him for this and because he was such a soft hearted brother but strong when he needed to be.
