Unfortunately I only worked with Harriet for a short period of time and didn’t have the chance to meet in person but I will never forget how welcoming she was when I joined the team and how eager she was to help. It was with great sadness that we heard of Harriet Rathbone's tragic death in her home earlier this week, suddenly and unexpectedly. Harriet was an integral part of the Economic Crime Directorate, and was someone who brought people together with her kindness, humour and effervescent personality. Colleagues from across HSG, other parts of the Home Office, the NCA and NECC and UK Finance will all miss her immeasurably.
