I was in complete shock when I hear Harriet had sadly passed away. Even though I had only known Harriet for a short time, I found her to be such a welcoming, friendly person whenever we spoke. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and nothing was ever too much. My thoughts are with her family and friends at this sad time.
