National Today is Make Up Your Own Holiday Day, which is celebrated on March 26. I wonder what Hana’s choice would be. Would she celebrate herself like she celebrated her birthday for a month or more. Or would Hana want something like National Equity Day. A day to celebrate all Hana worked towards regarding social justice and making true systemic changes that create equity for all. I love you Hana. I love your compassionate heart and your intelligent mind that worked for equity and social justice/ systemic change. I wish you were still here with me. I miss you.
