Today is the celebration of Makha Bucha which is the celebration of the conception of an ideal community. Hana’s hope was that her work in social justice would create a more ideal community. Why not strive for equity and an ideal community? I know with all her education, community involvement, and work she learned how much work we still have to do. I hope in honor of Hana we can all work to be build an ideal community. I love you Hana and wish you were here with us to continue to work for a better world.
