A loving father, bridge builder, devout Christian, jolly good fellow who loved his community dearly. A patriot, pillar of support and beacon of hope for so many people. My Uncle,my destiny helper.God connected me with you many years ago and used you to orchestrate His divine plan for my marriage.Every time I think of you,I marvel at how excellently you played that role in my life. I remain eternally grateful to God for your life. When my husband went to be with the Lord,I took solace in the fact that you were around.Alas it was not for long. Thank you for the word you spoke to me in my time of despair. You said God told you to tell me “The glory of the latter house will be greater than that of the former”That word has kept me going. That you are no longer here is a bad dream I want to wake up from. I don’t want to ever think that you are dead. I will rather keep all the precious memories, tell myself you are just not around and look forward to that great day of reunion. See you on that day. Tell my husband Raymond Akor that we are fine but nothing is the same with you two. Good night uncle Gab.
