Gary and I were so very sorry and saddened to learn of Frank’s passing. Frank was a remarkable, kind, caring and loving gentleman. We never left Frank’s presence but we had a smile on our faces and joy in our hearts. Nova Scotia is a better place because Frank lived here and he certainly left his mark on all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. May your wonderful memories give all of you strength as you go through this sad and difficult time.
