Varshaben was such a focal point and a constant in my childhood and through the years once grown up; I feel so privileged to have personally experienced her presence and am grateful for the impact she has had upon me. Going to her house opposite Mandir and not leaving without a full stomach (even when I wasn’t hungry) or having my questions answered (sometimes without me asking them!) is something that I will always remember fondly.
She always had an open heart no matter where she was or who she was with providing you with experiences you never knew possible.
From teaching us the chins, songs and the Gujarati abc sneakily in primary school to helping me understand the Vachnamrut and harder aspects of Satsang without a single judgement has shaped me into the person that I am today and for that I am eternally grateful.
Such a great loss of a magnificent soul who’s positive impact has spread across the world who will forever remain with us.
