I was truly saddened to hear of TJ's passing. He was a good, humble man. You could tell he truly cared about the Beyond Meat family and that he was proud to serve us. His attentiveness and infectious warmth made everything feel safe and welcome. It invariably brought a smile to my face when he would greet me every morning with a "Hello, Mr. Will and Chewbacca." Once, after I'd been away traveling a while, Chewbacca forgot who TJ was and barked at him when he came up to deliver a package, but TJ didn't hold it against him. And whether it was a 90-degree heat wave or a rare cold day in El Segundo, TJ was always quick to get the door and greet you with his kind, unassuming presence. He simply had a heart of gold and is dearly missed.
