I will never forget my first memory I have of TJ - it was actually when I first interviewed for Beyond Meat. I had arrived a bit earlier to ensure I parked in the correct area and have time to settle in before my interview. TJ was the very first person I saw when I arrived. He walked me to the lobby and asked the reason for my visit, when I said I was there for an interview he smiled and said: You're going to GREAT! Good luck! About a month later, I walked up to the build again for my first day on the job - TJ remembered my face and greeted me with a congratulations. TJ spread so much positivity and love everyday - I will miss that the most. May you rest in paradise, TJ.
