I have such vivid memories of Tim greeting me on my first day at the IoIC head office back in 2016 with a warm smile and a ‘Boy are we glad to see you.’ Much of my first year was spent one on one with Tim in the office and we spent many an hour talking about music and travel. Tim was one of the kindest people I have ever met – always ready to help anyone who needed it, and an absolute fountain of IoIC knowledge. He’ll be so incredibly missed by the team and my thoughts are with Susan and his wider family, who he always spoke about with such joy and affection.
