TRIBUTE TO LATE DR BENSON OLADELE ADESINA MAFE.
It is with a heavy heart that I write this tribute to my late younger cousin and friend "SINA". The friends you make in your early years are the most lasting , no matter where you end up in life.
Sina was very close to me , that we spent a lot of time between Oyingbo , our mother's place and my house. I would never forget his charming smile and lifestyle.
I remembered very well the day he got married at Ikire , where all the aunties and uncles from Mafe's family rallied around him, really it was a day to be remembered. However I thank God for his life.
"Sina" was born to late Papa Ojuri Mafe's family of Ijebu Ode. His late father was Benjamin Teju Mafe, third son of late Papa Ojuri Mafe of blessed memory. "Sina" grew up in Nigeria and after completing his medical education he worked as a resident Doctor at general hospital Abeokuta and later established his own medical practice. He was the proprietor of Olivet Hospital Abeokuta. Later he migrated to United kingdom . He survived by many Big aunties and cousins to mention few. Mummy Folashade Adeoye (nee Mafe) Mummy Mrs Mojisola Bamgbala ( nee Mafe) Mrs iyabo pecku ( nee Mafe) Mr Yemisi Mafe, Mrs Dolapo Sokefun ( mother nee Mafe) and Mrs Ronke Adesanya ( nee Mafe).
We are blessed and comforted to know that he is with the Lord.
ORIKI ILE MAFE.
