Sadly, circumstances prevented us from attending the services today, but we were fortunate to watch it from afar. I can attest to the comments made by Matt, regarding 'balanced meals' and the special place that brussels sprouts now occupy in my vegetable choices.
I remember fondly, though perhaps not at the time, that Sandra 'coerced' me into giving them a try, when as a young teenager I holidayed in Adelaide with she and Alan.
I know it sounds corny (coming from the only vegetarian on our side of the family), but I always think of Sandra when brussels sprouts are on the menu.
As one of my 'big sisters' (in-law), I know we will all miss her dearly.
