Sam a truly inspiring Nurse who I was so fortunate to work with and learn from. Sam was so supportive during my last year at Shropcom. Her kindness, honesty and humour got me through some very difficult times. A great loss of a truly beautiful soul. You will be greatly missed by many. Sending my condolences to her family.
