We always joked that Terry was my "work dad". From the moment he reached out to me on my very first day at the RNLI, I knew I had gained an amazing friend. I will always be grateful for Terry being there as a shoulder to cry on, someone that was always happy to listen, offer kind words and advice and of course have a joke or a song on hand to make you smile. I cannot finish this without saying, I'm sorry for always mentioning the Lifeboat Stations in my patch, after all those years of being Terry "no Lifeboat Stations" James, you finally got some!!!
