Richard was big personality energy. His passion for helping others was evident in his approach to this role. His knowledge was vast and he would use his array of life and career experiences to simplify and really bring his sessions to life. He was also a colleague with whom I rolled my eyes often as his humour could be a hit or miss... you knew when Richard was there as he wasn't shy to speak out and speak up.
