Richard was a kind and generous man who would always share his wisdom and knowledge with any one who asked and at times also to those that hadn't yet realised that they needed his experience. Richard also believed that we learn better when having fun and to this end he was always sharing jokes and using humour to bring his training to life. Richard is missed by us all.
