Richard was a champion of the Supervision Hub - I will never forget how fun and engaging his training sessions were when my group first started back in March 2019. He genuinely made it fun to be learning about Financial Services and had our group looking forward to every session.
He was a real asset to the FCA after serving 13 years, super knowledgeable and funny he will be sorely missed. RIP
