Richard bought a light, fun, knowledgeable element to Training and provided me with invaluable feedback when observing me delivering my own sessions. He was always on hand for support, taught me more than I realised at the time, and I will be forever indebted to him for that.
On a personal note he could chat footy and running with passion and gave me a great confidence in purchasing my first home which sadly I did not get to share with him but completed on the day of his passing which I will always remember him with.
I was delivering a session the day after his passing and felt on fire, as if he was there with me, navigating me along the way. It was of some comfort, while sad as I kept wanting to tell him in person and realising I couldn't.
I offer my condolences and sympathy at this difficult time. I am still in shock at this tragedy and terrible news. I can only imagine he is up there now, the life and soul of the party and sharing his famous dad jokes in his best Outlandish shirts :). Take care, he is sorely missed.
