Above all Renato was thoughtful, kind and humble. All through his own illness he would call to check-up on me and make sure I was ok. We would chat about family, our children, our gardens, and just reflect on all the good things and people in our lives. He has touched my life in so many ways that you can't imagine. Renato was a pillar of strength for me, and for so many others.
