Sadly I don’t have any photos of Ramona, so am grateful for those shared by any of you. Great reminders of the unique woman she was.
Working with Ramona for many years, I got to know her pretty well. A woman with a strong sense of self. Not frightened to fight for what she believed to be right but also caring, compassionate and loving.
When I left TfL two years ago it was Ramona who reached out to me to maintain and strengthen our friendship. I will be forever grateful that she did and will treasure the memories of our lunches in Stratford, gossiping and putting the world to right.
She was loved by many and will be much missed, especially ‘that’ laugh.
