I first met Piyush at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. For someone so obviously smart, he was the most kind, gentle, humble person we could meet. His passion to learn but also assist and guide others showed his innate desire to be helpful. His loss is so sad, I can't imagine what his family is going thru due to a totally unexpected loss.
