I was so sorry to hear of Philips passing. Phil was a genuine person who everybody could relate to. He was attentive and delivery focused and did his job with pride. These are all words that relate to his professional capacity - which I'm sure he was very proud of. However on a more personal level he was personable and fun with a great sense of humor. I very much enjoyed our chats before and after the formal calls we had where we would be open and truthful with each other and we would jointly bang our heads against the various brick walls in put in front of us. He was a genuine man who will be sorely missed.
